"You cannot break the laws of God. You break yourself against them.”
Vance Havner
As of yesterday, Sunday, February 26, 2023, the World Health Organization, along with numerous defendants, have been served with a cease and desist order regarding crimes against humanity.
Before I get into the details or get your hopes up, I feel compelled to offer a caveat…and some context.
These charges have been brought by an international tribunal made up of several newly appointed judges including WHO whistleblower, Dr. Astrid Stuckelberger, and Pascal Najadi, who recently pressed criminal charges through the court system in Switzerland, against the Swiss president, Alain Berset.
I wrote about his case and interviewed him HERE.
These new charges are being made under natural law and common law, and not under admiralty law.
What does that mean and why is that important?
The laws that we have been taught to follow, that are enforced by police services, and that are ruled upon in our courts, fall under admiralty or maritime law.
But before this form of law was created, there was common law.
And before that, there were (and are) existing laws intrinsic to nature.
There are many people within the freedom movement who are looking to common and natural law for solutions to the corruption and outright immorality that have led to our current state of the world, where an unprecedented global genocide is taking place.
This is a contentious issue, since many believe this to be a waste of time and effort.
They believe that we need to work within the existing legal framework to bring those responsible to justice.
Others question whether we should continue to use our predominant legal system, which has dismissed many attempts to bring criminal charges regarding these crimes against humanity to fruition.
I don’t have the answer.
But I believe we need to explore all options.
Enter the common law tribunal of conscience.
Explaining the historical precedent of the tribunal, Judge Alfred Lambremont Webre cited the following…
“We’re like the 1969 Lord Bertrand Russell Vietnam Tribunal of Conscience against the unlawful war in Vietnam, and our mission and jurisdiction is to enforce natural law, common law, and treaty law, such as the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and the International Criminal Court statute and other civic and indigenous standards against genocide and crimes against humanity, where the civil international court structure is failing to do so.”
Yesterday, the tribunal read out, “The Verdict constituting lawful in Personam Service of Process of the Enclosed Emergency Inunction and Tribunal Order to Immediately Cease & Desist a Criminal Conspiracy to Commit War Crimes, Genocide & Crimes against Humanity.”
In the reading, they laid out the case as follows:
“This was an emergency injunction and tribunal order to immediately cease and desist a criminal conspiracy to commit war crimes, genocide, and crimes against humanity through unlawful implementation of the following:
The WHO convention agreement or other international instruments on pandemic prevention preparedness and response.
The changes to the International Health Regulations
Any and all other documents, standards or agreements allegedly related to public health by the defendants who, including and not limited to the Codex Alimentarius.”
Here's a summary of what you need to know about these points...
(For more in depth information, go HERE.)
The defendants named include WHO Director General, Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus, and all WHO agents and employees, Prime Minister Justin Trudeau and Dr. Theresa Tam, and President Joe Biden and Dr. Anthony Fauci, among others.

Is this a game changer?
If it works, it certainly is.
And there is another advantage to this bold action.
In the words of Canadian tribunal judge Howard Bertram, “This is a wild card, and AI can’t predict wild cards.”
We are on the precipice of losing our humanity to a corporatocracy run by those who would use artificial intelligence to control every aspect of our lives.
Whether these charges make the difference we hope they will make or not, we have the power of non-compliance.
As Mr. Bertram said, “They cannot control the God spark in us.”
We are creative beings and that is our superpower.
This is an important and historical action.
And, it is not the only action.
I keep saying it and I will repeat it now — no one is coming to save us.
The fact is, common law, like mandates, can only work if the people stand behind it.
As well as creativity and non-compliance, we have the power of unpredictability.
We cannot keep repeating the same patterns of behaviour and expect to outwit those who track and harvest our data in order to control us.
We must keep inventing new ways of opening up compassionate conversations.
We must continue to open our minds and educate ourselves and others.
I encourage you to read about natural law and common law, as well as the history of admiralty law under which we are currently ruled.
And I encourage all of us to exercise our God spark and light the way.
